I really don't want to make a political point, but I can't ignore this one. In a time where the economy is doing so badly, market like Manufacturing, Agriculture and other segments of our economy are being outsourced and sent overseas.
Microsoft is just the beginning, companies like Dell, HP, Quicken, and many others have move their support systems to countries such as India and Pakistan. Dell has opted to charge a $14.00 dollar fee if you wish to speak to a US English speaking agent for support.
I don’t think that being a protectionist at some point is a bad thing, but I prefer to keep jobs at home until we are better suited to help the world.
